$1,500.00

Human Normal CD27-Naïve B Cells

Naïve B cells are poor antigen-presenting cells and are considered unable to activate naive T cells. However, antigenic stimulation induces B and T cell association by promoting a mature immunological synapse. Cells are sourced from healthy donors from world-renowned blood institutions using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Donors are screened for HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, human T-lymphotropic virus, syphilis, Chagas and West Nile virus.
