❶ The NULISA (NUcleic acid Linked Immuno-Sandwich Assay) is another ultra‑sensitive protein detection technology designed to measure low-abundance biomarkers in complex biological samples such as blood plasma, CSF. It combines the specificity of antibody-based detection with the amplification power of nucleic acids, enabling detection of proteins at concentrations far below the limits of conventional immunoassays.
