 ❶  The NULISA (NUcleic acid Linked Immuno-Sandwich Assay) is another ultra‑sensitive protein detection technology designed to measure low-abundance biomarkers in complex biological samples such as blood plasma, CSF. It combines the specificity of antibody-based detection with the amplification power of nucleic acids, enabling detection of proteins at concentrations far below the limits of conventional immunoassays.


 ❶ Our NULISA assay platform equipped with the state-of-the art ARGO™ HT instrument, offers a high throughput solution where target proteins are captured using pairs of affinity binders (typically antibodies), similar to a traditional sandwich immunoassay. However, instead of relying on enzymatic or fluorescent signals, each binding event is tagged with unique DNA sequences. These DNA barcodes can then be amplified and quantified using nucleic acid technologies such as PCR or sequencing, dramatically increasing sensitivity.
