Analyze business processes & operational workflows in bio R&D to identify improvement, increased efficiency, &cost
reduction. Conduct financial, market, & operational analyses to optimize management. Develop strategic plans, and gather&
interpret data on performance, resource utilization, & laboratory operations for better efficiency. Conduct feasibility analyses for

(2) January 4, 2025 Research Scientist – Cancer Biology & Immunology
Analyze biological processes and experimental workflows in cancer immunology and drug discovery to identify improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and support translational R&D. Conduct in-vitro and ex-vivo studies to evaluate lead molecules, understand mechanisms of action, and identify predictive biomarkers for drug efficacy and patient stratification. Develop experimental strategies, perform cellular and molecular assays, and interpret complex datasets to support preclinical drug development initiatives. Remote working from anywhere in the U.S. is required.
Require skills:
Deep understanding of Immunology, Oncology, Cellular & Molecular Biology, and Drug Discovery
Hands-on experience in tumor and immune cell culture, expansion, differentiation, and cryopreservation
Expertise in cell-based assays (phenotyping, viability, signal transduction), Western blot, ELISA, ELISpot, qPCR, IHC, gene editing, and multiplex immunoassays
Proficiency in multi-parameter flow cytometry, cell imaging, cytokine analysis, and data visualization tools (FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience with NanoString nCounter, GeoMX, mass cytometry/CyTOF, and proteomic or genomic microarrays preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of critically interpreting and summarizing scientific data
Education:
Ph.D. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Cellular & Molecular Pharmacology, or related life sciences field with 1–2 years of postdoctoral or relevant industry experience;
or M.S. with 5+ years of relevant research experience in molecular and cellular biology.

(3) January 4, 2025 Senior Scientist – Cancer Biology & Immunology
Lead the design, execution, and optimization of translational research programs in cancer biology and immunology to accelerate drug discovery and therapeutic development. Manage and mentor scientific staff to ensure efficient execution of experiments supporting biomarker discovery, mechanism of action studies, and precision medicine initiatives. Apply multi-omics and cellular analytics to generate actionable data that drive innovation in immuno-oncology R&D. Remote working from anywhere in the U.S. is required.
Require skills:
Advanced knowledge in immuno-oncology, molecular pharmacology, drug discovery, and biomarker research
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of biologists, ensuring project milestones and scientific rigor
Expertise in in-vitro/ex-vivo assay design, cell-based assays, flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, and immunophenotyping
Skilled in Western blot, ELISA/ELISpot, IHC, qPCR, gene editing, multiplex proteomic and genomic assays
Proficiency in NanoString nCounter, GeoMX, mass cytometry/CyTOF, and other high-throughput analytics preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a record of scientific publication or impactful industry contribution
Education:
Ph.D. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field with postdoctoral or equivalent industry experience;
or M.S. with 10+ years of relevant research experience and proven laboratory leadership.
