Analyze biological processes and experimental workflows in cancer immunology and drug discovery to identify improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and support translational R&D. Conduct in-vitro and ex-vivo studies to evaluate lead molecules, understand mechanisms of action, and identify predictive biomarkers for drug efficacy and patient stratification. Develop experimental strategies, perform cellular and molecular assays, and interpret complex datasets to support preclinical drug development initiatives. Require skills:
Deep understanding of Immunology, Oncology, Cellular & Molecular Biology, and Drug Discovery
Hands-on experience in tumor and immune cell culture, expansion, differentiation, and cryopreservation
Expertise in cell-based assays (phenotyping, viability, signal transduction), Western blot, ELISA, ELISpot, qPCR, IHC, gene editing, and multiplex immunoassays
