qPCR Arrays are designed for profiling the expression of pre-made or customized sets of coding genes across various tissues and cells. By measuring the differential expression of genes, researchers can identify those that are biologically significant and relevant to their studies. Each array can include hundreds of primers for human genes or miRNAs, carefully selected through a thorough literature search of peer-reviewed publications.
In a standard 96-well plate, up to 84 wells are dedicated to qPCR primers, while 12 wells serve as controls to monitor the efficiency of the entire process—from reverse transcription to the qPCR reaction. Each primer pair is experimentally validated to produce a single dissociation curve peak and ensure specific amplification of the target mRNA.
Using the RNA or miRNA provided, first-strand cDNA is synthesized through reverse transcription, then combined with the qPCR reaction mix and dispensed into the array wells. Following qPCR cycling, results are analyzed with a Data Analysis System using the ΔΔCT method, allowing fold-change analysis or statistical comparison of expression levels (CT or CP values) for each gene.
qPCR arrays provide validated, high-performance assays for accurate and reproducible gene expression profiling. Primer sets are experimentally validated for human, mouse, and rat, with custom options available for other species. Arrays are offered in 96- and 384-well formats, supporting high-throughput analysis with up to 80 × 384 readouts.
The platform is sensitive (detecting as few as 4 RNA copies or 10 pg of small RNA), offers broad linearity across expression levels, and ensures high reproducibility for intra- and inter-array replicates. Flexible designs include pre-arranged pathway/cancer panels or fully customized arrays tailored to specific projects.
Powered by state-of-the-art platforms (Luminex-200, FlexMAP 3D, VorTemp™) and a library of over 20,000 verified genes, we deliver rapid turnaround (typically 1–4 weeks) with expert data analysis and interpretation backed by 30+ years of experience.
