CD27+ Memory B Cells

$600.00

SKU: PI-100 Categories: ,

Antigenic stimulation promotes differentiation of naïve cells to plasma and memory cells. Memory B cells are quiescent and lack the need for continued antigenic stimulation for survival. However, once reactivated, they differentiate into antibody secreting cells much more easily than their naive counterparts. Cells are sourced from healthy donors from world-renowned blood institutions using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Donors are screened for HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, human T-lymphotropic virus, syphilis, Chagas and West Nile virus.
