CD8+/CD45RA+/CD45RO- Naïve T Cells

$400.00

SKU: PI-070 Categories: ,

Naïve T cells are fairly quiescent, antigen-inexperienced cells. Upon encountering cognate antigens, co-stimulatory signals and cytokines in peripheral tissues, naive T cells will proliferate and differentiate into various types of effector and memory T cells. These differentiated cells will then migrate to different tissues for local antigen patrol. Cells are sourced from healthy donors from world-renowned blood institutions using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Donors are screened for HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, human T-lymphotropic virus, syphilis, Chagas and West Nile virus.
